Description:
- Registration Clerks aid full-time staff members with a variety of office duties.
- They will serve students and other guests at the front counter, aid in document imaging, data input, and answering phone calls and emails.
- They may also be asked to specialize in other tasks applicable to the Registrar's Office such as transcript articulation and scheduling.
Qualifications:
- Be available for weekly or monthly training meetings.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Computer skills and experience beyond Microsoft, Google, and Social Media.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Ability to communicate professionally.
- Work well in a team setting.
- Willing to learn new skills.
- Be self-motivating to complete complex tasks.
- Strong problem solving skills are required.
- Reliable and punctual.
